8 – 12 April, Project Space at NN Contemporary Northampton

The aim of this exhibition is to explore responses, thoughts and feelings with various workshop participants (for example, students), and members of the public,  around themes found within the artwork. Those are:  concepts of chronic sorrow, and inherited sorrow.

This is a combined project between myself and facilitators, several from the University of Northampton, in bringing art into life:  taking multiple approaches to using visual art as a stimulus for discussion – as public memorial and memory.

It is also the intention of the project to write up the study possibly into an article for publication, as promotional material and as conference presentations.
